MODx Rev - download and update

First, let me thank you to all that have contributed to Revolution - your work is very much appreciated.

on the download page, there a 2 downloads of MODx Revolution - what’s the difference between the two? - is there a guide available to update an existing Evo site to Rev?

No official guide for Evo to Revo migration yet, but a migration tool and guide are in the works.
