Revo - Package Manager Repository IP

I’m currently starting to work with Revo and am running against a slight problem with my provider regarding the package manager. . .

They are blocking all outgoing traffic coming from e.g. CURL / FOPEN. (bummer -_-)

Luckily they do have a whitelist for known applications like e.g. Wordpress that are allowed to make a connection to their repository. So there is hope for me to get modx on the whitelist as well ^_^

But before I send in a request I want to verify the URL used for the repository, by default this one is submitted:

• http://rest.modxcms.com/extras/

The above URL resolves to the same IP adress as modxcms.com (74.55.204.125), I take it that’s correct?

When putting in my request for opening up a hole in their firewall I’m assuming that the above IP is the only one I need to submit, or are there other repositories with a different IP that I’m missing?

That’s the IP for that DNS, but that might (will) change in the future.

Feel free to ask again if it does change.

Alright, send in the request for white-listing the "rest.modxcms.com" domain.

Regardless of the IP I take it the domain will remain the same?
