Possible bug when saving a context setting ( combo-boolean value is not 0 or 1 )

    After saving a combo-boolean the value of the context setting in the base is "Oui" .

    Other combo-booleans are all 1 or 0, but the mysql field is a mediumtext. SO i’m not sure if it’s a bug or not.

    EDIT : it is a bug that occurs only when using another manager language, I go to jira.
