Bug - not save a TV

MODx Revolution 2.0.0-rc-3 rev7083
(with r7114, r7095, r7100, r7104) - i think, this patches are unimportant to reproduce this bug.
PHP Version 5.2.4
System Windows NT AR 6.1 build 7600
Apache 2.0 Handler
PDO support enabled
PDO drivers mysql
MySQL 5.0.45

To reproduce bug:
1) create new TV with input type "htmlarea" or "RichText" : "MyTV"
2) create new template "MyTPL"
3) create New Weblink "MyWeblink" witch uses "MyTPL"
4) attach "MyTV" to "MyTPL"
5) Open "MyWeblink"->"Template Variables"->"MyTV" and enter some text.
6) Save it
7) Press F5 - in my case it isn’t saved

Actually, scratch that, this is a bug with TinyMCE:

Also, are you using TinyMCE or no RTE?
