This is an error from a modRegister instance. Are you using this in your code? It means a register message has expired or simply returned null.
Sorry, I meant trigger_error(), but I guess I shouldn’t be using that, so I now replaced all those calls by $modx->log(modX::LOG_LEVEL_ERROR,...).
And I don’t know whether that was the issue, but my latest test run didn’t show the stdClass message.

No idea what would be doing that unless you are using a registry instance. This may also be recorded by the package install processes, which do use the registry.
