ERROR: core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php : 1610

I found this error repeated many times in my error logs:

(ERROR @ .../public_html/core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php : 1610) PHP warning: json_encode() [<a href=’function.json-encode’>function.json-encode</a>]: recursion detected

I’m running MODx Revolution 2.0.0-rc-1.

PHP Version 5.2.13

core/cache is writable

My system caching settings are all set to default values.

Did anyone find the solution to this? I was wondering if is may be related to js problems I was having today, although this error wasn’t logged today - just the last time I logged in a few days ago and many times before that.

First off, upgrade to RC-2. If the problems still occur:

- What MySQL version are you running?
- Are you running any opcode caching, or eAccelerator/xCache/APC?
- Is this the traditional or advanced distribution?

Thanks. I upgraded to RC-2 and got installation success msg. At first, the document tree was missing, but I got it to show up. I tried to repeat some of the common functions that may have been triggering the error before, and, so far, haven’t seen it in the logs. I did see this error several times from the upgrade process, though:

(ERROR @ /setup/index.php) Could not install files from .../public_html/core/packages/core/xPDOFileVehicle/6236add07797340510d138abafa998ff/ to /home1/dariusc1/public_html/connectors/

Should I be concerned about this?

The Save button works better when editing a resource now, but it didn’t seem to help my Gallery issues. I’ll post separately about that.
