Error in manager for RC2 and rev6992

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has seen the error below before. It occurs on any page that I navigate to. I first noticed it because none of the drop down lists in the admin are populating.

Also, I first noticed in RC2, so I decided to try the latest version straight from svn and the error is occurring with it as well.

Any page you navigate to in the manager?

Yep, I kept the error log open in one window while navigating the manager in the other. I would reload the log after loading a page and there would always be a new entry and it was always the same error.
