Documents in webgroups are public after upgrade to pre3.1

I just upgraded a site to pre3.1 (from pre 2) and I found that all the documents that should only be visible for loggedin users were now now visible for everyone. Note that the documents were still assigned to the correct documentgroups and were not marked public.

I found out that I could fix it by saving each page again in the manager (so select page, press edit, press save). Then also the icon in front of the page changed from the globe icon to a lock icon. Problem is solved for me with this, but I think you should know that it happened.

EDIT: This does not seem to solve all my problems. But it is getting late now so I will report back later.
