partially error on manager panel

I found my site partially error on the manager panel. some forms are doesn’t loaded,if i click on some menus (e.g systems->system settings) it won’t appear the form selected. error message above warned in IE8. anyone have same problem like this before, or that’s just me? I’m using MODx Revolution 2.0.0-rc-1 rev6614 thanks in advance.

1. Upgrade to RC-2.
2. IE8 might have a couple issues that are unresolved. Work on RC-3 will be primarily concerned with IE fixes.
