Development Environments - advice

Hi,

Just wondering which of the following works best for me. I currently use CODA + iMac(24) and texmate + macbookpro(15).

Netbeans

* Netbeans 6.8
* Netbeans Subversion and JIRA plugins

Eclipse

* Eclipse 3.2.+ (recommend latest 3.5.1)
* Web Standard Tools Project (WST) 2.0.1 (http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/)
* Subclipse 1.6.5 (http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x)
* PHPEclipse 1.2.3 (http://update.phpeclipse.net/update/nightly)
* Spket IDE 1.6.18 (http://spket.com/update/)

PS: I’ll install both but maybe someone already has an opinion.

If you’re choosing between Eclipse and Netbeans for the Mac, I recommend Netbeans. It’s much faster, has all the same features, and has better SVN and JIRA integration.

++Netbeans, my dev environment of preference now, not just for MODx either.

Looks good but I don’t really like the look of the IDE. Any ideas on where to find some themes?
