I decided to try the Gallery component. I made an album and uploaded images to it. But when they are uploaded I get an error message image instead of its thumb. The error message is as follows:

I’ve tried to chmod 777 the FILES folder inside assets/components/gallery/ and the CACHE folder inside assets/components/phpthumb/, but with no luck...
Any suggestions?
