Maybe someone is willing to create bug reports in Jira, because i haven´t got the time right now.

Bug/Installation
At install you fill out the database connection fields.
When you click on "test Database settings" and the success message appears you click on the next link "Create or test selection".
If the message "Table prefix already in use" appears and you change the table prefix, and click again on the link "Create or test selection", then the old value ist still beeing used. You have to click on "test database settings" again, before you do this step. Should function directly with the second link.
Improvement/Installation
Please show an indicator after the last step (Install) that something is happening. Only the browser indicator is not enough.

When the core installation was successful, there is a reading "Click continue to complete the installation". But there is only a "next" button.

Option to duplicate a lexicon from an existing one. Not via export and import.

When i enter a the physical unix path to modx into "rb_base_dir", the files tab and the filemanager show up empty.
PHP Version 5.2.11-2 on Apache/2.2.14 (Debian) on a actual Debian linux system.

We’re all really busy too. I can speak personally for the team that while we really WANT to have time to take care of things like this, the fact is we don’t unfortunately.
Further, we don’t have your environment, or even the basic details of it, in order to reproduce them or start diagnosing. It’s critical that the original posters take an active role in verifying the issues or providing clarification, and our only infrastructure for that is our JIRA install at the moment. Without it, we’re not going to be able to reliably manage our code base.
