I was noticing a lot of errors in my logs about Wayfinder... seeing nothing obviously wrong, I decided to remove the package (right-clicking and selecting remove forcefully). Then I tried to download the latest copy of the package and re-install... but I’m getting errors in the install process.
Specifically, my console looks something like this:
Console running...
Attempting to install package with signature: wayfinder-2.1.1-rc1
Workspace environment initiated, now installing package...
Could not create target directory /var/www/revo/html/core/components
Could not resolve vehicle: Array ( [license] => GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE...
After some snooping around, I discovered that the problem was simple permissions: the install fails if the
core/components directory does not exist and it needs to be writable.
Is this normal behavior, or should the installer check for the existence of the components directory?
