Adding Parameters to Custom Manager Page's menu?

Show how to create a custom manager page (CMP), but I’m unclear on what valid parameters are for a given menu action. The docs say:

Parameters: Allows you to specify other GET parameters to be added to the Menu’s href URL should you want to.

But what is a valid input?

Figured it out. Anything added there is simply appended to the manager URL, e.g.
http://yourdomain.com/manager/index.php?a=65

So your custom parameters should always include an ampersand, e.g. &x=1&y=2 would translate to a url like this:
http://cinemacon.com/manager/index.php?a=65&x=1&y=2
