I have modx Revolution 2.0.0. RC1.
Issue:
When i try to assign an alias to any created resources for a friendly-url it does not update the database. it tells me that it saved my change but when i reload the reource the alias field is blank. Also when i check my database the alias table field is also blank.
If I enter the alias in the the database it appears in modx manager, but if i update it on the manager side it disappear on the manager and from database.
I made sure that friendly-url is enabled as well as use friendly-aliases but still same problem.
All the other information that i update in the modx manager for these documents gets updated fine in the database.
I am at a loss here, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide details on your server (PHP config, MySQL versions, etc.) and client (browser) environment. This is the second report of this behavior and we are unable to reproduce this so far. Any information you can provide may be helpful.

The alias that i created modified is not shown on params tab.

Do you have TinyMCE or CKEditor installed and enabled when this is not working?
nope. i had them installed, but uninstalled as a way to make sure that they would not be responsible with my alias problem.
