Use the Security menu items; create web groups and resource groups in Web Permissions, then create web users and assign them to the web groups, then assign pages to the resource groups. Now only web users logged in and belonging to the associated web group can see the web pages assigned to the associated resource groups.

        Thanks Susan

My client dont want to registrate the users who are permitted access - but just want to give out a password from time to time...

I hope to find an easier solution than DocPassword, which depends on setting a password for each page - I just need one password for one page and subpages...

Same principle applies. The pages must belong to a resource group, and there must be an associated web user group that the web user belongs to. So just make one user, and give out that login/password.

Of course - that sounds logical - thank you Susan...

I’m going through some post about hiding/showing submenus at the forum in this moment, and I can see that particularly your answers are pointing me in the right direction - so double thank you smiley
