tinyMCE install problem

Hi

I downloaded Revo RC1. Installed to localhost (meets all requirements)

All went well. Downloaded Package Andreas01 template installed OK. Required Wayfinder.

Downloaded Package Wayfinder Installed OK. Template still did not show Navigation menu. Added & startId=`1` to wayfinder call OK.

Downloaded Packages tinymce & ckeditor.

Tried to install tinymce says OK but does not show up in System Settings.

Then installed ckeditor did show up in System settings and is available in resorces.

I uninstalled tinymce and reinstalled package still does not show up in System settings.

Can anyone please help.

Did you get any errors while trying to install TinyMCE?

Does the TinyMCE plugin show up in the Elements tree? When you say it doesnt show up in settings, do you mean in the which_editor setting?

If so, try removing it and then redownloading it, then install again.

I had uninstalled package before your post.

Package installed with no errors.

It was in the which_editor setting.

It was installed before ckeditor and did not show up in which_editor setting either before or after install of ckeditor.
Ckeditor did work.

After your post removed tinymce and downloaded same. Reinstalled tinymce was able to select same in which_editor system setting.

All is now working.

I am off tomorrow evening to demo MODx Revo to the Cape Computer Club(Cape Town SA).
