Snippets not using lexicon

Hi!

I’m trying to use snippets with lexicon translations.

* I set the cultureKey value to ’de’
* I added the language ’de’
* I exported a lexicon, translated it, and imported it to language ’de’

I cleared the cache, but it still shows the default language ’en’

Do I have to do any special to activate a lexicon?

Can you give an example of your code and how you’re using it?

I’m not developing my own snippet ... I’m using for example the formit snippet

Can you give an example of the syntax you’re using to reference the lexicon entry?

This is the snipped call I’m using:

[[!FormIt?
			   &hooks=`email,redirect`
			   &emailTpl=`myEmailChunk`
			   &emailTo=`[email protected]`
			   &redirectTo=`8`
			]]

So...the references to the Lexicon are in the Chunk? Can you post the chunk?

Hi Shaun, i have a similar problem. Did the same thing as sucram in the first post. I used the example from the documentation page for formit http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/ADDON/FormIt.Example+1+-+Contact+Page. But i need the error messages translated. I created the lexicon entries for language de, but don´t know how to activate them for formit. Or do i have to set the language via a context for the whole german website? Didn´t worked with context before. It´s my first Revo install.
