Yes, it’s completely normal, as Revolution does not use frames, where as Evolution does. Evolution only loaded the frame, whereas Revolution reloads the entire page.
That said, Revo uses caching to diminish load times - and whereas Evo will reload the page when saving an existing Resource/Element/etc, Revo does not - it only reloads the tree.
Plus, you can use Quick Update/Create to create Resources and Elements without ever leaving the page.
You’re just used to the frame-based Evo way of doing things. Spend some time with Revo, and you wont want to go back.
