Linking to other documents in CKEditor

Confused on this ...

I would have imagined there would be a way to automatically link, similar to Browse Server? If not ... if you just put [[~15]], it adds the alias to http:// and makes a bad link. If you choose "Protocol: Other" and then do [[~15]], you get http://www.mydomain.com/alias/alias. Same thing if you put "../[[~15]]".

Ideas?

It’s probably broken and needs some work from a willing contributor.

Or at the very least a ticket in the JIRA ADDON project.
