curious appearance of Manager

I opened my site back-end of my modx revolution site and found the page had lost its structure. It became ok when I refreshed the page. Attaching the screenshot.
Could it be a browser bug?

Looks like the CSS didn’t load for some reason. It’s unlikely that this was caused by a bug in the MODx manager.

Looks like neither the CSS or the JS loaded...is this the traditional or advanced distribution?

Also, whats your PHP/MySQL versions?

MODx Revolution 2.0.0-rc-1 rev6614 traditional download
mySQL 5.0.89-community
PHP Version 5.2.9

On reloading the page it loaded properly

Probably a browser cache error, then.

yes I am using firefox 3.6pre and have faced problems like this 4 times. Browser it is.
