I keep getting a "500 server error" after install
that’s after I enable .htaccess
Otherwise I get a "Page not found"
Everything looks like it installed properly, the only thing I got remotely close to an error was that the script was unable to determine the mysql version.
I’m assuming that this is related, because I was using remote connection to connect to my database.
can anyone confirm that revo installs correctly on an remote connection? I’ve installed evo without issues on the same server several times.
The php and mysql version meet the requirements, and php has 200MB of ram
Where does the 500 error occur? In the manager or the front-end?
"after you enable .htaccess"? Can you post the rules you did on .htaccess? Also, have you given your modx directory permissions to use .htaccess?

I don’t think the error is related to the htaccess file
I get the 500 at /manager
and the 404 on root
both without the htacces files.
the info.php is still on the server if that helps
