Don't show simlink and static resources

Hi! Is it possible don’t allow specific users to create/edit/delete simlinks and static resource!!

I’d like don’t show these options in manager area

In your portal, when do you Simlink and when do you use Weblink??

Essentially, a weblink is off-site and a symlink points to a pre existing resource inside the site content.

Well, a weblink can be to a local MODx Resource as well; the real difference is Weblinks are "redirected" to another URL, and Symlinks are "forwarded" to a different Resource from the originally requested URL.
