If the information above doesn’t help you, you really need to hire someone to do your site for you. I wish we had the time to give everyone step-by-step directions on getting the site they want, but we just don’t.

Security | Access Controls | Access Policies tab.

You should be using a duplicate of the Administrator policy for your non-super user.

Right-click on that policy and select "Edit".

On the Permissions tab, right-click on the element_tree permission and select "Remove Permission."

Save the policy.
