A little Chrome extension called ’aide mémoire’ for revo hackers. Press the MODx logo in the toolbar and an extension popup appears with tabs on it for tag syntax, revo links, xPDO links and general development links. Document search boxes are also provided.
We could do a lot more here like monitor the security update RSS feed and flash the logo if we have one, get a latest released package list, whatever. The Chrome extension mechanism allows for ajax calls, JSON data processing etc.
To install, unzip the attached file, put the ’modx’ folder somewhere, in Chrome pull up the extensions page, press the ’Developer Mode’ button in the top right hand corner, press ’load unpacked extension’ and point it to the modx directory.
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!

LOL. I just wrote essentially that same thing as a Component that displays the stuff in the right panel.
