Your best practice of MODxing?

Hi, I like to use MODxing, I think very soon Modx will become very popular among CMSs world, it will become just like Google (googling) to the internet search engines.

***---***

I believe many of you who have been MODxing for enough long time have came up with some sort of your won best practice. It will give us (new comers) a good start if you share it.
What do you advice us to save our time, assets, and being productive? About coding, learning, maintaining our websites, and any thing else you think is important.

Please share you experience.

Learn how to create html/css mockups and a good javascript library like jQuery. Once you master those, you’ll be far along your way to creating completely custom MODx-managed websites.

Thanks Ryan, I will look at that and see what comes.

Any others suggestions?
