Revolution's Manager UI (css vs js)

I’m wondering why Manager UI doesn’t follow browser width if it’s been minimized.
Is it managed by JavaScript on purpose?

And I guess you guys making the UI design with high resolution monitor.
Have you try to see it with 1024x768 size?
I guess laptops are mostly using that res size, aren’t they?

I several times reported the overlapping position of save/cancel menu button with the main forms background in editing mode. Yes, it’s been fixed several times, too, thank you very much.
But it seems it also appears to other sections, like:
- Users (including New User UI, Update User UI)
- Context
- Actions
- Namespaces
- System Settings
- User Profile (you even will see 2 save buttons).

Well, I’m not try to be piquing(eng?).
It seems you don’t set their positions using the same positioning material (like css-class)?
Won’t it be an obstacle in the making of another Manager Theme?
