[SOLVED] No data loads in Package Retriever

Windows | All browsers | XAMPP 1.7.2 | Apache 2.2.12 | MySQL 5.1.37 | PHP 5.3.0 | MODx Revolution 2.0.0-beta-5

I can’t get any data or addons to load in the Package Retreiver. I see all the folders and stats but "No data to display"
It works fine in another beta 4 on same xampp server(!)

Do you have sockets or cURL installed?
