[Suggestion] Manager navigation

Hi!

I am still playing with revolution and here are a few user experiences regarding the manager navigation. Maybe I am the minority, but I thought I share my experiences:

1. You should think about some kind of indicator/image for changeable settings. Took me a while till I found out double clicking lets me change the value of a setting.

2. Reconsider the use of right-click menus. And maybe go back to the left-click menus in evolution. This is (currently?) not cross-browser compatible (i.e. Opera). And not common and therefore intuitive in a web environment. -> had bad first user experience by using the "wrong" browser.

Just my 2c. Keep up the great work!

Opera has enough issues most developers address it as an afterthought.

Stick with some of the bigger ones, especially when working with a beta product.

I happen to like Opera, BUT when I have as many as twenty of thirty tabs open across three or four browsers I tend to be able to crash most any browser and Opera more than most.

I didn’t want this to sound like: "Fix Opera compatibility!"

Just a general feedback that the backend could need some drop down indicators and other hints for the user.

But without finding related post it seems I was the only person with these thoughts/"problems"

I think you’re suggestion on the editable areas is a good one. Those of us who work with Revolution regularly know which areas can be edited and how to edit them so we don’t notice stuff like that, but it matters to new users and it might make learning to use the Manager significantly less frustrating.

Could you file a Jira ticket on that as an improvement using the link at the top of this page?
