All of a sudden - while using the manager - All of the UI language strings dissappeared... kind-of strange. Has anyone else encountered this?
It seems that a possible error in the log could apply:
[2009-12-13 19:11:13] (ERROR @ /manager/index.php) An error occurred while trying to cache lexicon/en/core/menu (lexicon/language/namespace/topic)
[2009-12-13 19:11:13] (ERROR @ /manager/index.php) An error occurred while trying to cache lexicon/en/core/topmenu (lexicon/language/namespace/topic)

This may have happened in conjunction with install/uninstall of docmanager... which seems to not work with Rev 5.
Thoughts?
