I’ve noticed that when I create a new static resource, the "Hide from Menus" checkbox gets clicked as soon as I press save.

I’ve noticed another possible bug with static resources. When I click on the drop down menu for static resources it does not insert an opening slash, but when I drag-and-drop from "files" folder it does insert an opening slash. Is this expected behavior?
