Search module for Revolution

Hi

The AjaxSearch extension hasn’t been ported to Revolution yet (apparently), is there anything else I can use or am I stuck until AjaxSearch is upgraded?

Not at this current time; however, you can always use Google Search and Google Sitemap. I’m sure someone will develop one sometime soon.

In case you need rather simple non-weighted search (even temporary..), in revo it’s quite easy.
You can see a simple sample used by manager:
\core\model\modx\processors\resource\search.php

I notice that there is a Revo branch to AjaxSearch

I am not too sure of my way around subversion but I think the comments are that is going to become the main trunk shortly

How are others adding search to Revolution sites?

I don’t want to pay for Google Search and I am not sure how to add Google Sitemap for searching.
