Save button started to loop when changing access policies???

Hi,

Really not sure what’s going on but i have set up my content editor all goes well with test login) and now want to enable ability to view and upload files but when i check these boxes the save button just loops!
Here’s the error log:

(ERROR @ /home/MyDomain/public_html/manager/controllers/default/security/forms/set/update.php : 65) PHP warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

and then when i tried again after altering the resource path to ’resources’ in system settings (created in the root of the site with 777 permissions) and then reverting back to the default i get the following error:

)

Can anyone suggest what i might have to do to resolve this issue?
