I have just upgraded to 2.1.3-pl and created a user for my client to use the CMS. The user can see all the resources and file manager/tree. They can see all the folders in the file system but not the images/files within the folders. I have made sure that all the permissions in the Access Policy for this user are allowing them to list/edit/delete all folders, files etc but it is not working.
Strangely I can still use the default file manager and upload new images/files when logged in as this user. They do upload into the correct folder but you just cannot see them!
The default admin user can see all the files and images within all folders. Are there any new settings that would prevent the new user seeing the files?
