It’s odd that it would do that when there are no properties or property sets attached. You might report it as a possible bug.
Just to be sure. If the table (Name, Type, Value) in the properties-tab of a chunk is empty, does this mean that the chunk has no property-set? If yes the chunks resulting in the error have no propertyset.
Can you just give me a short instruction how and where I have to report the bug?

That’s right. To report it, just go to
http://bugs.modx.com/. You’ll probably have to register before you can file it.
