[Solved] On saving a new user modx hangs up

Does anybody have an idea why modx hangs up on saving/implementing a new user in our Revo-installation (2.1.1-pl)?

Can this maybe a problem of wrong CHMOD-Values of some files or folders?

Can anybody help me out concerning this problem?

Do you think it will be resolved be updating to 2.1.2?

Thanks a lot. The problem it is no solved. It was a plugin which is activated on user before save. The plugin belongs to a registration process in which it is checked if new users are part of a list and allowed to join the internal area of our website.

-> Conclusion: It was a self made problem
