CMP Package Not Being Found

Hello,

I have created a CMP that works great and I have packaged it up with Packman but when uploading to another MODx install it’s not being found. I upped the transport zip, not found so I tried the unzipped package and it’s still not being found.

I’m using 2.1.2... all other packages are fine but the one I generated.

Any known issues or reasons?
