Add extra styesheet to manager?

Does anyone know of an upgrade-proof way to include a custom stylesheet in the Revo manager?

Add a plugin that runs on the event OnManagerPageInit and add this code:

$modx->regClientCSS('/path/to/my/css/file.css');
