Migration to another hosting service

Hello,

I would like to know if exist a doc or information about making a good and clean migration to an another hosting service ?
Want to know what files must be updated (as config.inc.php for ex), and what table must be updated to reflect the real path (path of the server).

My todo is:
backup all files
dump databases
mod:
core/config/config.inc.php
manager/config.core.php
connectors/config.core.php
config.core.php
del:
core/cache

what else ?

All is perfect, the migration is done, the cache was forgotten. Next time to think to clear cache before archive the files.
