2.1.1 Missing System Tab

    Hi all,

    I have just installed a fresh version of 2.1.1-traditional on a test server. On logging in as admin there seems to be NO system tab, has anybody experienced this before?

    Any help here would be greatly appreciated before a try re-installing.
