getFeed not showing

Hi I am fairly new to modx and wish to get a feed from twitter to our website. I have followed the instructions http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/getFeed.Adding+a+Twitter+Feed but still nothing shows?

I have a chunk:
----------------------------------------------------
<h2>Twitter</h2>
[[!getFeed?
&url=`http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/xxxxxxxx.rss`
&tpl=`twitterFeedTpl`
&limit=`3`
]]
----------------------------------------------------

The chunk is within a phx statement:

----------------------------------------------------
[+phx:if=`[*id*]`:isnot=`247`:then=`

{{twitter}}

`...
----------------------------------------------------

Is the snippet call correct? I tried without ’!’:

[[getFeed?
&url=`http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/xxxxxxxx.rss`
&tpl=`twitterFeedTpl`
&limit=`3`
]]

and get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method DocumentParser::getOption() in ../manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php(770) : eval()’d code on line 14

Many thanks for any help.

Is your site running Revolution?

getFeed is for Revolution(Revo syntax)

{{twitter}} is a Evolution chuck call.
Revo [[$twitter]] is the chunk call.

Hope this helps.

Thanks do you know a good way to get an rss feed onto Evolution?
Many thanks for helping!

FeedX for some crazy complex stuff.

OR simpler to the point http://modxcms.com/extras/search.html?query=twitter
