in Safari - Can't drag and drop elements to resource

    OS 10.6.7
    Safari 5.05
    Modx 2.1.0 pl

    subject says it all.

    I have to type out the tags and therefore miss out on the gui for all the options.


    Drag and drop does work in Opera 11.11 - so it would seem related to Safari - but the keyboard shortcut for save does not work ( a great new feature that does work in Safari)

    Edit: Drag and drop, and the keyboard shortcut both work in Firefox 4.01 on OS X - so I guess I’m working with firefox for awhile at least.

    Otherwise Three updates went smoothly and quickly - the manager is much more responsive and did I mention "I love the ’command s’ shortcut for save".

      Are you using a RTE?

        I have TinyMCE installed
        I usually do not use it - the drag and drop does not work with it or with the check box unclicked and editing in html.

        I would be happy to uninstall/remove the RTE and test - if that would help

          Due to browser security restrictions, RTEs prevent drag/drop from working (due to iframes). Nothing we can do about that.

            Removed RTE
            no difference, still does not work.
