I have the following errors in the error log:

Via ftp the file 5.include.cache.php has permission owner: apache and 664, is that normal?
Yeterday the host placed a backup of all files, could that be the problem?
Should I erase the core/cache folder to see if permissions wil be fixed (if that is the problem)
Should I fix this immediately I am working on a big project multilingual, lots of files and a bit afraid of losing data because of the errors.
