Newsletter

I need to install a newsletter that people can sign up to.

What is the best one?

I can see Easy Newsletter in downloads is that the one to use?

Keith

If its just for people to sign-up to than it’s ideal for Evo. If you want to use it for anything but basic text newsletters it has a lot of limitations. For that reason I export the email addresses to Sendblaster and use that program to send html emails.

Not sure if there is a Newsletter sign-up for Revo.

Thanks. I’m using a Contact Form done in HTML for the sign up. So email will go outside MODx.

If you don’t want to use a mailing list service, I much prefer DADA mail; it’s very easy to put its admin into a module. http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=20654.0

Thanks, I will have a look.
