[SOLVED] Site breaks after 2.1.3.pl upgrade

    Hi,

    I upgraded my site from 2.0.8.pl to 2.1.3pl this morning.
    I am running the french version so french items will be in ()
    Upgrade went well, no error message.

    BUT since then :

    www normal access results in no display (view code in firefox results in empty page, not even a header)

    I am able to log to the manager, but :

    access to any page resource result in a blank screen,
    but I can access Elements (Eléments) and Files (Fichiers) without troubles.

    All main menu items works but :

    package management (gestion des paquets),
    system parameters (paramètres du système),
    lexical management (lexique),
    access control (controle des accès),
    form personalization (personnalisation des formulaires)    ,

    result in empy frame (see screencopy enclose).

    I tried to clear cache, permissions, with no success.

      Did you try to empty the cache folder core/cache with FTP ?

        When you open the manager while having firebug running - do you get any javascript errors?

        After the page has loaded, do you get any 404 errors in the Net tab from Firebug?

        Before clearing the cache - anything in the core/cache/error.log file?

                I cleared the core/cache

                I can now access to the manager’s menu items that where not available.

                We i try to load a resource page, I get from firebug a 500 internal error.

                Same when I access the site as a normal user with www.art-impulsion.com

                It’s a clue for me huh

                  Do you have access to the apache error log?

                  Many things can cause a 500 server error - file permissions, in some cases invalid PHP. Checking the apache error log is the easiest way to figure out what it is.

                    I can have access to the apache error log, but this is a shared server, with multiple modx based websites.

                    Anything special to seek for, the log may be too large to put on the forum ?
