after instalation i have new folder in my root with name " http: " what is function of this folder?

That doesn’t sound normal at all. Are you seeing this as a literal folder on the filesystem or a "folder" inside the MODx resource tree?
What server OS are you running this on?
By default the only folders that MODx should create are:
assets
connectors
core
manager
Depending on your server, you may have a few other folders in there, e.g. "cgi-bin". What’s in that http folder of yours? Do you have any special settings in place on your Linux server (e.g. a non-standard document root)?
Other than that folder, is your installation working?
Sounds like a fluke. What’s in that http: folder?
