Can anybody help: "Form customization" doesn´t work correctly in our system

In our Revolution-Setup (2.1.1) we created 2 Profiles of Form customization:

Profile A for the user group "adminstrator"
Profile B for the user group "editors"

Unfortunately all changes we do in profile B (for example hide a tab or make a TV unvisible) are done automatically for administrators, too, although the user of the group "administrator" don´t belong to the user group "editors".

Changes we have done in Profile A (for example rename a tab) are only visible if we deactivate Profil B.

Does anybody know what we have done wrong or what we have to do to make 2 different profiles work for 2 different user groups?
