Resource Content Lock Chunks

Hello,

I want to know if it is possible to lock a chunk that appears in the Resource Content field. I don’t want to break the
resource content into multiple TV’s and then put the chunk inside the template. I would like it all to be contained
in one resouce field but have the chunks be locked so they can’t be deleted or removed.

Is something like this possible?
