Attempting Revo 2.1.2 install over at Site5

hi All, looks like I’ve hit a snag trying to run an install over at my new Site5 host setup.
Connecting to the DB server came back success: --
Connecting to database server: Success!
- Checking MySQL server version: OK! Running: 5.0.91-community-log
- Checking MySQL client version: OK! Running: 5.0.91
--
But then clicking the create or test selection of the database gave me this:
→ Create or test selection of your database.
Checking database: MODX could not create your database. Please manually create your database and then try again.

I thought I had the database and user created, not sure what I would of missed.
also not used to apache hosting, not sure if all the permissions are preset on upload, what all to test for, I’m back to square one as a newbie on Apache hosting.
I might just bug site5 I’m new on their CP setups also.

[dang edit]Hey looks like my db user maybe didn’t get added to my db, trying that now...

Wha-bam looks like that was it, the hosting CP interface didn’t quite get my DB user added to my DB.
Looks like a need practice with the CP interface tools....
Hey anyways, looks like maybe I don’t need any help after all... So Far...

Yep yup, hey I’m good all installed, almost painless.
First app I tried installing on my new host, so that was the only thing that made it even a bit dicey.

If all goes well, I’ll have a real site on my domain.
sidenote, this was so much easier than installing on an iis server...
