Revolution Alpha 6 installation errors on Windows with FastCGI

Hi,

I was trying to install Revolution Alpha 6 on a Windows machine but the installation could not be completed due to a FastCGI error. The machine has Windows Server 2003 SP2, IIS 6, PHP 5.2.8 running through FastCGI, and MySQL 5.1.31. It also has eAccelerator enabled.

The "Installation Summary" page displays everything ok, but after I click the "Install" button, the machine works for like a minute, and then the following error message is displayed:


FastCGI Error
The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.

Error Details:

* The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
* Error Number: -1073741571 (0xc00000fd).
* Error Description: Unknown Error

HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)


Any suggestions how to work around this error?
